How We Operate :: Shipping

We will do everything in our fastener processing powers to ship your orders out the same day, or day after, we receive them (read more on our hours of operation). You can click on My Account from the Home page, then Order History for a snapshot of the status of your orders. When your package is on its way, the status will read "In Transit" and a tracking number will be provided that you can click on for up-to-date tracking information direct from UPS. Speaking of UPS, we offer just about every one of their shipping services, from Ground to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, etc.

Shipping rates are based solely on weight and where your packages are going. We receive the shipping rate directly from UPS so no additional "handling" costs are added from FastenFinder™. However there could be instances where your box requires additional/special packaging and the rate is affected. If you spot a discrepancy and don't understand what happened, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it. If worse comes to worst, we'll reimburse you the difference.. no worries.

For now, we only ship orders to US addresses. Residential and commercial addresses are fine, just no P.O. boxes.
