How We Operate :: Returns / Refund / Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s). Our only rule is that the returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the package was destroyed in transit, please send us the damaged box, too. FastenFinder™ will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item.

In order to process your return, get in touch with us. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA). Send the items back and we'll either refund the credit card you have on file with us, issue a credit to our site or send you out a replacement, whichever you prefer.
